2. University of Ottawa Scholarships:

The University of Ottawa is known to offer several scholarships to international students. These include the International Student Award, the Canada-China Scholarship Program, and the Ontario Science and Technology Scholarships. Some of the qualifications for this scholarship include; being a citizen or resident of Canada and meeting the requirements of this program. To be considered for the Banting Post Doctoral Fellowship, you must have earned a doctorate in biochemistry or a related discipline from a Canadian university. Interested applicants can only apply to the Banting Post Doctoral Fellowships programmes once per competition year. 

During doctoral studies, the fellowship is worth $70,000 per year for two years. You are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme if you meet the fellowship eligibility criteria and have contact with the host or institution of your choice.

 

4. UdeM Exemption Scholarship:

The University of Montreal established this fee exemption scholarship program to waive Supplemental Tuition requested by International students. To be eligible for the UdeM Exemption Scholarship, you must have earned an undergraduate degree from a Canadian university and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

The UdeM Exemption Scholarship for International Students covers a portion of the supplemental tuition fees for international students enrolled in a Master’s level programme, whereas the UdeM Exemption Scholarship for International Students covers the entire supplemental tuition fees for international students enrolled in a Doctoral level program. They will pay the same tuition fees as Quebec students. 

 

5. The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC):

The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) provides several scholarships and bursaries to students from all walks of life. Undergraduate, graduate, and professional students are eligible for these scholarships.

 

6. SFU Canada Graduate and Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships:

 

Simon Fraser University is pleased to provide the most generous graduate and undergraduate entrance scholarship program in Canada. This scholarship is available from SFU to undergraduate students pursuing bachelor’s degrees. 

To be eligible for the SFU Canada Graduate and Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships, you must have a graduate degree from an eligible Canadian university, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. SFU Canada Graduate and Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships are worth $120,000 per academic year.
